Aspen & Elm provides long-term residential care for developmentally disabled, physically disabled, and elderly adults across Wisconsin in Milwaukee, Wauwatosa, Hartland, and Menomonee Falls.

Our philosophy centers on individualized, high-quality care delivered through teamwork, compassion, and respect. We encourage families to stay closely involved and offer ongoing support to strengthen those connections.

Each home is a beautifully maintained single-family residence, offering 24-hour supervision and a warm, comfortable atmosphere. With only two to four residents per home, we provide deeply personal, family-style care along with private bedrooms.
